1984 Chrysler E Class 2.2 ESECTION Relief Valve

The purpose of the relief valve is to control maximum air pressure at high engine speeds. When discharge pressures are 8.2-10.5 psi (.6-.75 Kg/cm2 ), the relief valve opens and allows excess air pump output to escape into the engine compartment.
