Circuit/System Testing (Object Detection And Pedestrian Protection System)
- Ignition OFF, disconnect the harness connector at the rearview camera.
- Engine running, park brake applied, transmission in REVERSE, test for B+ between the B+ circuit terminal 3 and ground.
- If less than the specified value, test the control circuit for a short to ground or an open/high resistance.
- If all circuits test normal, replace the BCM.
