Removal Procedure
- Disconnect negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
- Remove the glove box. Refer to Instrument Panel Storage Compartment Replacement .
- Slide the speed sensitive power steering (SSPS) control module off of the control module bracket.
- Disconnect the electrical connector from the SSPS control module.
