Installation Procedure
2005 Chevrolet Malibu LSSECTION Installation Procedure
- Position the air cleaner assembly.
- Install the air cleaner assembly attachment nut.
Tighten: Tighten the nut to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
- Connect the air cleaner resonator to the air cleaner assembly.
Tighten: Tighten the air cleaner intake duct clamp to 5 N.m (44 lb in).
IMPORTANT:
Verify full engagement of the inlet onto the resonator neck.
