Engine Oil Pressure Sensor and/or Switch Replacement

Removal Procedure
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
3. Disconnect the engine oil pressure sensor electrical connector.





4. Remove the engine oil pressure sensor.

Installation Procedure





1. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Install the engine oil pressure sensor.
Tighten the oil pressure switch to 22 Nm (16 ft. lbs.).
2. Connect the engine oil pressure sensor electrical connector.
3. Lower the vehicle.
4. Connect the negative battery cable.
