You should be familiar with the Digital Voltmeter (DVOM), particularly essential tool J 39200. You should be able to use the meter to measure voltage (volts), resistance (ohms), current (amps), capacitance (farads), intermittents (Min/Max) and frequency (hertz).

When to See a Mechanic
