If both doors do not unlock when one door is unlocked with a key, check voltages at unlock relay. Voltage at Orange and Yellow wires should be 12 volts, and at Black wire should be 0 volts. Insert a key in driver's or passenger's door lock and turn to unlocked position. Voltage at Yellow wire should drop to 0, and voltage at Black wire should increase to 12 volts.
