- 11 61 Intake System
- 11 61 050 Removing and installing the intake plenum (740i 2016-2022, 740i xDrive 2017-2022)
- 11 61 051 Replace intake plenum (740i 2016-2022, 740i xDrive 2017-2022)
- 11 61 730 Leakage test for the intake system (740i 2016-2022, 740i xDrive 2017-2022, 740e xDrive PHEV 2017-2019, 745e xDrive PHEV 2020-2022)
- 11 61 050 Removing and installing the intake plenum (740e xDrive PHEV 2017-2019)
- 11 61 050 Removing and installing the intake plenum (745e xDrive PHEV 2020-2022)
- 11 61 051 Replace intake plenum (745e xDrive PHEV 2020-2022)
- 11 61 065 Removing and installing/replacing the left intake plenum (750i 2016-2019)
- Lower the engine with the special tool
- Releasing air conditioning compressor
- Release front screw connection for left engine mounting bracket
- Release screw connection for left engine mounting bracket
- Removing left engine mounting bracket
- Disconnecting front knock sensor plug connection for cylinders 5-8
- Disconnecting left boost pressure sensor plug connection for cylinders 5-8
- Removing intake system
- Cleaning sealing surface on cylinder head
- Replacing seal
- Replacing the throttle valve seal
- Installing left intake system
- Attach the plug connection on the boost pressure sensor on the left for cylinders 5-8
- Join the plug connection at the knock sensor in front for cylinders 5-8
- Join the plug connection on the knock sensor in the rear for cylinders 5-8
- Fasten screw connection for left engine mounting bracket
- Fastening front screw connection for left engine mounting bracket
- Installing air conditioning compressor
- 11 61 068 Removing and installing/replacing the right intake plenum (750i 2016-2019)
- Remove right engine mounting bracket
- Disconnect the plug connection on the boost pressure sensor on the right
- Releasing positive battery cable
- Disconnecting plug connection for the coolant/oil sensor
- Removing transmission wiring harness
- Removing right intake system
- Cleaning sealing surface on cylinder head
- Replacing seal
- Replacing the throttle valve seal
- Installing right intake system
- Clipping in positive battery cable
- Clipping in transmission wiring harness
- Joining plug connection for the coolant/oil sensor
- Join the plug connection on the right boost pressure sensor
- Install right engine mounting bracket
- 11 61 730 Leakage test for the intake system (750i 2016-2019)
- 11 61 065 Removing and installing/replacing the left intake plenum (750i xDrive 2016-2022)
- 11 61 068 Removing and installing/replacing the right intake plenum (750i xDrive 2016-2022)
