- Remove the voice control switch cover (A) from left side of the steering wheel.
- Remove the two screws (B) from the voice control switch (C), then remove the voice control switch.
- Disconnect the voice control switch connector.
- Measure the resistance between the No. 1 and No. 2 terminals in each switch position according to the table.
