NOTE:
The clear procedure must be done prior to the learn procedure even if the auto function is working.
Resetting the driver's or passenger's power windows is required when any of the following have occurred:
- Power window control unit (built into the driver's master switch) is replaced
- Power window regulator replacement or repair
- Power window motor replacement or repair
- Window run channel replacement or repair
- Driver's or passenger's door glass replacement or repair
- Power is removed from the power window control unit while the power window is moving.
- Turn the ignition switch ON (II),
- Move the driver's or passenger's window all the way down by using the driver's window DOWN switch.
- Open the driver's or front passenger's door.NOTE: Steps 4-7 must be done within 5 seconds of each other.
