EVAP Canister Replacement

2008 Acura CSX Base, K20A3SECTION EVAP Canister Replacement
  1. Remove the cover (A).

  2. Remove the EVAP canister guard pipe (A).

  3. Remove the hoses (A), the FTP sensor connector (B), the EVAP canister vent shut valve connector (C) and the bolts (D).

  4. Remove the EVAP canister.
  5. Remove the cap (A).

  6. Remove the EVAP canister vent shut valve (B).
  7. Install the EVAP canister vent shut valve to the new EVAP canister with new O-rings (C).
    NOTE: Do not coat the O-ring with oil.
  8. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
