Driver's Power Window Inoperative

2004 Acura 3.5RLSECTION Driver's Power Window Inoperative
  1. Check for blown fuse No. 41 (20-amp) in underhood fuse/relay box. Check for blown fuse No. 17 (7.5-amp) in underdash fuse/relay box. Check for malfunctioning power window relay in underdash fuse/relay box. See Figure . Check for malfunctioning driver's power window relay "A" or "B" in underhood relay box. See RELAYSΒ  under COMPONENT TESTS.
  2. Check for malfunctioning driver's power window motor or regulator. See DRIVER'S POWER WINDOW MOTORΒ  under COMPONENT TESTS. Check for proper multiplex control unit input. See 3.5RLΒ  under MULTIPLEX CONTROL UNIT under SYSTEM TESTS.
  3. Check for poor connection at ground connectors G401, G402 or G251. See WIRING DIAGRAMSΒ  . Check for open circuit in Black/White wire between door multiplex control unit and driver's power window relay "B". Also check for open circuit in Green/White wire between underhood fuse/relay box and driver's power window relay "B".
