Pcm Reset Procedure/Clearing Codes

1997 Acura Integra GS-R, 2D CoupeSECTION Pcm Reset Procedure/Clearing Codes
NOTE: Some models have an anti-theft code built into radio circuit. Clearing codes cancels clock and radio settings; make note of anti-theft code and station presets before beginning reset procedure. After PCM reset, radio will not operate until anti-theft code is entered.

To reset Powertrain Control Module (PCM) (clear codes), use Honda PGM tester or OBD-II scan tool following manufacturer's instructions. Codes can also be cleared by turning ignition off and removing BACK UP (7.5-amp) fuse from underhood fuse/relay block (located next to battery). Leave fuse out for at least 10 seconds to reset PCM. Remove SCS service connector, if connected. Disconnect Honda PGM tester or scan tool from DLC.
