(1) First service interval is 45,000 miles. Service every 30,000 miles thereafter.
(2) Fuel filter should be replaced when fuel pressure drops below specification with fuel pressure regulator vacuum hose disconnected. See REGULATED FUEL PRESSURE  under FUEL SYSTEM. Ensure fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator are okay.
(3) Inspect valve clearance at interval and adjust as necessary with engine cold.

(1) Deflection is with 22 lbs. (10 kg) pressure applied midway on longest belt run.
(2) Install new belt to new specification. Run for 5 min. and readjust to used belt specification.
(3) Alternator and A/C compressor use a common drive belt.
