BMW 330i Coolant Type and Capacity
The checked 2019–2024 330i manual tables list two cooling circuits. Identify the circuit and service operation before choosing coolant or a fill amount.

Two listed capacities, one vehicle
Each checked 2019–2024 BMW 330i Fluids table lists 10.37 US qt (9.81 L) for the high-temperature coolant circuit and 4.45 US qt (4.21 L) for the low-temperature circuit. Both rows name Frostox HT-12 antifreeze and corrosion inhibitor. The 4.45-quart figure alone is not the whole cooling system or a universal amount to pour into the car.
The same tables carry a separate 2.11-quart top-up note for a repair with disconnected coolant hoses. That note is conditional; it is not a full-system capacity or a fixed refill amount for every repair. Follow the exact filling, bleeding and level-check procedure.
